When will somalis learn the value of peace???

there are still communal feelings among Somalis even when we deny tribalism.we have not yet learnt to live in peace and harmony.i would like to raise the question that when will we as people learn to live with each other without killing each other?

I'd hope there will be an answer for us before its too late.....

We will never have peace, if we do have peace it won't last that long. Somalis were never united, we were a bunch of nomads fighting for land, the only loyalty we had is to that of of our immediate sub clan. There has bot been much change since the independence of Somalia, we still identify as reer hebel before we say we are Somali.
I know our generation has little to no hope in saving Somalia, cause most of us are corrupt.

when somalis become civilized and stop pratcising savagery way of living. Somalis are savages. And savages hardly know how to live in peace.

These arrogant nomads need to realize it is about time to get civilized and borrow a leaf from thier niehbors such as Ethiopians and Kenyans.

Life 101 teaches us all we need in life is food on our table, clothes on our backs and roof over our heads and each of us should work for it. And clan political fight that consumed these savages energy and time has nothing to do with life 101.

Someguy, somalis would have civilized if they kept the brotherhood in Islam alive. If they loved each other and chosed a ruler/king/emperor amongst themselves who speaks on behalve of the somali people.

I have to disagree with Samtr, as a matter of fact Somalis were united before the civil war. The most amazing history Somalis had was the unity back in the days. Somalia was one of the developed countries in Africa back then and look how it turned out to be

Somali unity is pretty simple i can break it down for you.

Isaaq unity is complete
Darod unity
Hawyie unity

If all darod united together and all hawyie united then the next step would be all somali's uniting and the birth of somalia.
