Jubbaland Trained colonial marehan and ogaden footsoldiers
Now, it's not certain what clan these footsoldiers are but ogaden and marexane were known to assist and collaborate with the colonials. The hart mostly majerteen were the only group to actively resist the colonials. :8

Re: Jubbalan Trained colonial footsoldiers
Uh? The Majerteen Sultanate AND the Hobyo sultanate both signed protectorate agreements with Italy, it's why they weren't colonized.
As far as I know only the Biyomal and Dulbahante actually resisted colonization from the start. The Geledi and Hiraab, along with Mogadishu all agreed to the sale of their protectorates with Oman to Italy, and did nothing to stop them marching up the Shabelle.
Most of the Darwiish were Ogaden and Marehan, and most of their Somali opponents were Warsangeli and Majerteen. This was just politics though, the Warsangeli and Majerteen had alliances with Britain and Italy, and it would be dishonorable to break them.
Jubbaland at this point was British, the colony of Trans-Juba, thus the silly hats. I bet that guy even has a cup of tea in his hand. This is not to say that these troops are even Somali though, as the British liked to move their forces around. These soldiers could be from as far away as Zanzibar, Sudan or even west Africa.

James and the other snitch here;
you are either present the facts about the history of Jubaland or you shut the fock up. Throughout the centuries old history of Jubaland, there has been one single Somali clan who have always stood up against the colonies and that is the Ogadenis. Read this you little rats:

Give it a rest kid. Mareexaan collaborating with foreign armies is as laughable as Majerten winning a war.

Xoogsade, I'm not making this up. Marehan and ogaden were the only groups to actively assist the colonial government. I'm pretty sure you remember when the ICU made hiraale flee, he sad he would even use 'israel' against them. Must be in the genes.xoogSADE14 wrote:Rebel-Lion wrote:Now, it's not certain what clan these footsoldiers are but ogaden and marexane were known to assist and collaborate with the colonials. James dahl
There is a difference between having an alliance with colonials then working for them as slavelike footsoldiers.
Guhad
Yes, ogaden and marexan invented 'dhabadilifnimo' and actively supported colonials while the whole harti was against the colonials. Here

Sxb one thing that all Somalis from Hargeysa to Buusaar will agree on is the fact Mareexaan never ever backed down from colonizers let alone working for them.
Mareexaan and most Ogaadeen sub-clans were waging Jihaad on the gaalo in Jubbaland while your clan were their spies and house servents. Hence why they use to refer to you guys as "friendlies".
How can Mareexaan who after Dhulabahante were the backbone of the Darwiish support the Gaalo?
Wasn't it your "Boqor" who tried to set up the Sayid so that he could be captured?
Isn't your hero, AY whos using Ethiopians of all people to try and subjugate Hawiyes today?
Sxb Jihaad, wadaninimo iyo gaalo naceeyb qabiilada Mareexaan kula tartami kara waa Dhulabahante, Ogaadeen, Biimaal etc. Majerten will NEVER be in that list.
