Personally, I don't know how to seduce girls who wear Hijaab and look away as soon as I see them with Hijaab. How do these girls get love? Hijaab girls don't talk to people, stare and flirt?

Why would you want to seduce them? The hijaab doesn't stop a girl from finding love, she can still find her calaf walaal. However, it does stop those who have ill intentions from approaching girls with hijaabs - hijaab is not just a piece of clothing, it includes a certain etiquette. It's her family's duty to find her a potential partner when she is ready. However, since we live in the age of mass communication it's not hard to find potential partners. There's nothing stopping girls who wear hijaabs finding potential partners through other avenues ( social networking) For example, a family friend, or a cousin's friend etc. The world is full of possibilities - as long as your intentions are good - nothing is unachievable, by Allah's Grace of course.

I made an error there walaal, as Ugariyahan pointed out. If you're going to a public place - then it's different, like a cafe for example. However, if you're taking her to your house & it's only the two of you, then it's definately not right. Coz when you're in a public setting you're less likely to commit sins whereas when you're alone together, the third person is shaytaan, and you can be easily fall into temptation.
