I understand Gedonet. The website is owned by Reer Siyaad, the traitors who brought the outsiders,and they didn't want to embarrass themselves even more, so to decided to come up with bogus "too many users"
It would have been better if they had completed ignored the situation, like Allpuntland did when Las anod fall to Isaaq
