What do they do in that city anyway! they sit around all day chewing Khat and then go to sleep at night?
I never see them holding meetings, passing solutions, doing speeches, or receiving delegates!
They were put there in 2004 and every couple months, a few dozen resign and go back to their homes, and then get replaced, on and on!
The only thing they waiting there is the $1500 they get from the European Union!
Loool! what waste of time and money!
