That's not really true, the US has actually refused to declare the ONLF a terrorist organization, and a New York Times reporter has done several reports on the Ogaden.

Thats hypocricy at its best. On one hand Washington supports the massacre of innocent civilians and the forcing of 850.000 out of Mogadishu city into refugee camps were they face starvation by supporting the EThiopian invasion/occupation of Somalia, and on the other hand they want to critize the Ethiopian regime by pointing to the massacre and forcing millions of people from their lands.

They play this game to have a case against Ethiopia whenever the regime in Addis Abebba rebelss and does not do the bidding for Washington in East Africa. It is a game in which Washington wants keep its client-states on a string before they become too cocky and independent minded.

All are just puppets been used to starve their own people into submission, and they seem to be happy to be in that shamefull position of been collaborators.

In every occupation of a country, the enemy force is few in numbers compared to the total population of the soon-to-be-occupied country, but the small enemy force always finds a group of opportunists within the local population who will collaborate with it, and hasten the operation of submission of the people. Ofcourse the famoust colonial tactics of divide&conquer, reward collaboraters, punish rebellious groups, ''a benevolent role of helping out the colonized/occupied people'' etc are used.
