In my opinion we should prevent, things prevention is better then cure. A lot of parents don't know what there kids do outside there home it's all about ENVIROMENTS and INFLUENCES if the childeren live in a bad neigborhood or have negative infleunces bad friends etc chanches are they grow up to be fock ups plus the parents should be more involved in there schools and making sure they have postive activities to do wether that is sports etc.

Look slander , I know the Marrocans and Algerians in France did things like that starting from the end of the 90's in order to scare their women .

Off course If a , westeren girl starts drinking she will behave in a way that she would not behave when she is sober she becomes very easy going opeminded she becomes a target for guys who will take advantage of the situation and will try their luck to seduce her and have sex with her and most likely they will get wat they want.
