where the hell is Somali solidarity or whatever is left of it. anyway, this is not only a border war, Eriteria wants greater control of the red sea so it a war over resource and national interest. it a war of greed the eriterian president could care less about the Afar living on the periperphy of his territory.
but realisticly if such a war would happen, Djibuti would have it ass had it if it were to fair fight. Eriteria has half a million verterans from 91 border war against Djibuti's 5 K honour guard which has never fought a war in it entire existance. luckly the Djibutian have french and American military bases so a war on them consitutes a war on France and America with the usually rounds of sanctions and arial bombardment.
Eriteria is a fool, logistically you don't alienate a superpower and place you faith on Arabs, those coward the first to run when there is a fight and easily bullied by the west. they will abondon the Eriterian in a heart beat and Ethiopia becomes all the more strong without having to fire a single shot.
