... The atax'yaad when you are praying?

The other day i learned... that there 7 different correct types of Atax'yaad that can all be read.. However, out of the 7 there 3 more Sunnah to read.
I have looked all over the internet... trying to find a source to link this with but.. zero

If anyone knows care to share... perhaps we could all learn one or two things from one and other!

Here is how i read mine... plz don't mind the spelling

Ataax'yaatu lilaahi, wa salawatu, wa dayiwatu
Asalaama calayka, Ayuhan nabiyu
Wa rahmatullahi, wa barakatuhu
Asalaamu calayna, wa cala cibaadu laahi salaxiina
Ashahadu ala ilaaha ilalahu wahadahu la sharayka lahu
Wa ashahadu ana Maahamdan Cabdahu, wa rasuuli.
