I personally believe that Cumar Maxamud should be the only clan that should rule Galkacyo. Trusting Galkacyo with other clans is like making Cumar Maxamud surrender without a fight.

This guy is hardliner. Trust cumar maxamud with their city But never let them rule puntland or SOmalia Thats my advice. Under their guard We lost our most strategic city.
