Is your schedule backwards?
This Ramadan? I noticed that I'm up all night, go to work the following day... Get off around 4, then go to sleep... I then wake up at around 11pm or 12am and start my shift again waayo suxuur is at 5 and I hate HATE waking up when I fall asleep. So I set up a backwards schedule. It works for me, does it work for you?
