January 26th, 2011 - 20 years since Somalia has had a national government (assuming any measures between now and then fail, which they will)

May 18, 2011 - 20 years since the establishment of Somaliland as a seperate Somali state (assuming the status quo, still unrecognized after two decades, which will be the case)
