Inter tribal marriage

Given the amount of hate and tribalism I witnessed on this website, I am wondering if there are people who are either in "mixed" marriage I mean people who are married with someone of another tribe or who wouldn't mind. I grew up with people of all tribes as in my country most Somali tribes are represented on the top of non-somalis and today, very few of my friends are married within their tribe/clan. I believe it is more accepting back home in

In Somalia, I believe there are some tribes/clans that traditionally married from other tribes but I don't know if after the war, things have changed.

So, what would you think of marriage like this:

Marehan/Issaq HA
Hawiye/Dubanhante
Ogaden/Issaq HY
Samaroon/Mejeerten
Issa Mamassan/Warsangali
issa Furlabe/Marehan
Hawiye/Issaq whatever
.....

I would like to continue but I don't know which tribes I am in lack of tribes...what were the other tribes I am sure there are more.

I hope my topic brings some fun to this forum where it is always about clan politics.

Well maybe we need to organize something on a large scale and give some kind of incentive. whoever marry from another tribe gets something free. The Somalian government should do that once things are stable to fight tribalism.

I know they're the common ones but we have to change things a bit and make it more fun. This isn't anymore the neighbourg clans but any inter-tribal marriage.

Samaroon and Marehan isn't common. I think you could find more Issaq with Marehan than Samaroon. Samaroon marry mostly from Issa/Cisse and some Issaq. But I know one Cisse married to a Marehan lady and nowadays, my djiboutian people marry from any tribe so you could find things like Wasangali/Cisse actually Knew someone whose parents were from these tribes or Samaroon/Marehaan. I have to say we are much less racist and tribalist than people in Somalia.

Samaron/Marehan are not common but there is some marexanka degan Makaniis(near Jigjiga) intermarry with Samaron.
i know 4 brothers of my relative have marehan wives.

Now, what's the tribe you call Dir? Also, would you mind telling me if Ugayslabe is Darood. I used to think it was another name for Warsangeli or close to that clan anyway and a friend of mine said Ugayslabe isn't darood.

Yes, Samaroon and Issaq are more frequent than Samaroon and Marehan anyway. They share some areas in Somalia and also Djibouti city.

^^^^ That might be true, but back in the KACAAN days we used to go for isaaqis more than any other i think.
