My parents used to beat me especially my sweet mom when ever i misbehaved (if i dont wake up for morning prayer or came late at night etc.),It is a natural thing for a parent to punish his or child but the punishment should not be severe or leave scars.
Our religion recommends that kids at 10 should be mildly punished if they misbehave.
I hope the family will get their kids asap,just image the agony these parents are now facing.Your own blood and flesh being taken away!
