We are being lied to.

Has anyone seen any evidence of TFG attempts to negotiate with A-S or XI? Or have they ever said they were invited to hold negotiations?

Direct confrontations will lead to countless civilian deaths.

Shirib and xoogsade, the only solution is for every clan to create a maamul in their deegaans and when I mean that I don't mean each gobol I'm more thinking districts. It's better to start of small and work to fight shabab in each district e.g. in gedo the subclans that live in each district try to emulate the work of the ICU. Maybe I cannot explain it very well but I know most clans don't agree with each other and only trust their subsub clan.
