Tell these girls to put a sock in it

Post by Voltage »

Seems like the Kenaan-effect is taking place. Now there are other artists calling themselve Somalia like that girl that raps that recently changed her name and now Sweet Rush is trying to join the bandwagon

For black rappers getting shot and selling drug gives them credibility, for somali artists using the plight of somalia gives them credibility. What a joke.

   I agree

K'naan is funny though talking about cleaning his machine gun to pristine and witnessing the civil war when he never witnessed it. But he is talented though unlike these other artists.

K'Naan is enough. You don't need to use Somalia's situation to spring board your career... or to rap/sing about it.

Never liked Sweet Rush or Suga Rush's music, always thought it was whack. That other girl, 'Somalia', isn't too impressive either... K'Naan got flow, just wish he would start rapping about other shid.

Sweet Rush, they talented and pretty, but they too short for the industry, all they do is sleep with random nonceleb niggas to get ahead, but they still got a long shot. For Knaan, saw this video, haven't seen it before:
