I read about him a few weeks ago. There's also a black mayor in Russia, and another West African established and runs a church so big in Ukraine that its threatening the power of the Ukrainian orthodox church.

i am waiting for fox news to claim the reverse obama effect, after not seeing the same thing happen for white people deep in africa, wouldnt be something else if a white guy was elected mayor in xamar

To be honest White people are ahead of Africans in terms of race and stuff. No matter how much people spend more time on European racism because they are in a position of power, Africans haven't even moved to other tribes being elected mayors in different tribal towns.
