two garaxajas were pro buuba and kallun but they realized it was a lost cause.

Do you even know where the nickname Ciidangale came from? It was a coalition of army "Ciidan" consisting of ( Daud Garhajis aka Cidagalle, Arap, Isaxaaq). And when that coalition broke off. The largest of those sub clans kept the nickname.



bwt they are not a small clan they are larger than many sub clans of darood such as Warsangeli.

Don't feel that Iam trying to divide u guys, ur guys are too langaab to be divided. Iam just wondering how important particular sub clan play a role in Somaliland.

The Mareehan and other somali clans in the Gedo region drunk the blood of their cattle from the jugaler vein as recent as 1920's and they worshiped waako the sky God of the Oromos. As a matter of fact the Mareehan were organized in Gada age-sets one of the most popular that took part of the Baardheere Jihad was called Gada LAFARUUG, so why can't a clan lost 1000 years ago not be none-muslim and drinking the blood of cattle like other Nilotics they have settled amoungst.
