Somalia was failed by the elites. They had massive responsibility when they took over the ruins of the government. Somaliland actually deserves credit for bringing together the various clans and clan elders to negotiate peace and the way forward after the fall of the regime. Puntland did a similar thing. The Southern leaders(not necessarily all hawiyes by the way) couldn't agree and they fought over clan. The people followed them like sheep.And the rest is history.

Egyptians are slow, they took 30 years of dicatorship, what's wrong with them horta? We Proud Somalis said enough at 13 years. :mrgreen:
