Its not about where You're from, I think I would have a Gov free of corruption, neopitism, abuse and I would step down after 4 years and wouldn't run for another term



I wouldn't rely on ANY foriegn troops, ONLY Somalis. First thing I would do is put most of My budget on a capable Army/Police force that will stablize all of Banadir. I will then institute a curfew and a state of Marshall Law for as little time as possible until the situation is stablized. Anybody caught denying the curfew wold be dealt with severely. Anybody seen with weapons would be shot dead on the spot by the security forces. I would then convene a conference in Mogadishu and invite delegetes from all over Somalia. Once Banadir is safe, I will begin restoring Somalia's institutions/ministries one by one.
