Caynaba sits on sedimentory rocks that are mostly Limestone. It has been known that these type of rocks to capture water and what I do want to understand is can the water in these rocks be used to water the rice fields? If rice can grow with this type of water, there will be no water lost because it will be going back to these sedimentory rocks again and it can be reharvested again from wells and gravel in the dry river beds.Kanada wrote:Look how dry the land is and they are farming rice. No river or lake in the area so they are using well water to irrigate
Does this ministry of agriculture know anything about agriculture

Wallahi I dont mean to hate but this is cajiib, anyone who has a basic understanding of agriculture will know this doesn't make any sense.
This is just an extreme waste of water resources.
