Since October 2007 Puntland has been saying that they will recapture Las Anod. Now that the war has already started the question is...

Can Puntland and SSC recapture Las Anod?

I am not isaaq or majeerteen or dhulbahante.

I am from Galmudug.

Explain how they can recapture Las Anod from Somaliland.

Let's start the debate.

No they can't. Las Anod is the land of Somaliland. Dhullos are happy with Sland there, they support it and live peacefully there.

So there is nothing to take, majority if not all live happily and peacefully there

No it is not. It is about SSC.

lol ok. But there is no fighting in Las Anod as far as i;m aware. Since 2007 the people there have been living in peace.

People in Badhan Sanaag are supporting the war in Buuhoodle and they where waving the the Blue Somalia flag. So i really think the war will reach Sanaag sooner than we think.
