good news. i am not surprised nor am i inclined to believe it is going to end soon. Somalis have been chewing khat/qat for a long time and it is only getting worse. alhamdulillah i don't use it.

I live here so I'm qualified to comment on the effects of khat. Isaaq men are extremely effeminate. Khat seems to have destroyed what little caqli they had. They're very feminine and can typically be found in a submissive relationship with a man of West African/Jamaican descent (sometimes even sexual). Their physiques are pitiful and on average they have body's similar to other ethnic groups with high estrogen levels like South East Asians (bird-chested, bandy legged, narrow shouldered, skinny neck). Just generally flabby and sick. They have little regard for their appearance and rarely wash their faces.

They're disgusting walahi. Whenever I walk past an Isaaqi male on the street I make sure to bump into them and give them a glare just to remind them of how much of an embarrassment they are to Somalis as a whole.

I'm stating facts, akh. I've personally never seen an Isaaq male who weighs over 120lbs, is able to bench his own body weight or doesn't have a filthy face. I don't know whether this applies to all Isaaq, but it definitely describes most in London.
