For these people, their history starts in 1991. Beyond that, when they were the aggressors and bombing people to the ground and causing the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent women and children has NO meaning. Only their history of victimization is important. It is pathetic, really. And they want people to feel remorseful for them when they deny to apologize for the deaths and destructions caused in Hargaisa and the Central regions.
