As much as his policies were detrimental to the progress of Somalia, he is at least honest. Federalism is the only future. A central Somali gov't is impossible. This is the best thing I've heard in a long time. I suggest everyone stop wasting their time with Xamar and begin rebuilding their home regions and progressing the lives of their kin. Village by village, brick by brick Somalia will function somehow someway better.
