I think Abdinur Daljir, is the singer you're looking for. The quality of the video looks probably in the late 70s or 80s.

Nice, thank you for finding it!

The man has a bit female voice, but he is really good. Probably the only somali song worth listening to. Todays somali music sound to much alike and fat ladies and skanks like nimco daren dominates the shit. They have completely destroyed something beutiful.
