I am doing Emperor and Ramadan Kareem.
That guy is barred from Taleex. The caaqil of Nuur Axmed, Ismaaciil Maxamed Daad Cali Koore, has ex-communicated him, and barred him from Taleex. The caaqil is his first cousin.
The mayor is his second cousin.
