No you don't get Who are you to talk about states? Do you even know to be an state you have to have a referendum before you change from a central government to a federalism. A new constitution would also be required. Even after all that what makes you think Somaliland or Azania Jubland amongst others will support it should a referendum follow. Keep closing you're eyes.
