The current TFG is oriented towards federalism and not . I didnt make it this way but it was put in place during its inception by its founders.

Federalism does not = every state sharing the same powers, especially in areas like foreign affairs, security etc. Look at how Federalism is applied anywhere in the world. Don't confuse chaotic Somali delusions of their autonmous state leader serving as a Pseudo President with real federalism. The Sheikh of Ras Al Khaimah, Gov. of Colorado, Premier of Ontario etc. would never send out "ambassador" to undercut the federal policy of the country he supposedly falls under. There is no precedent for this convoluted dream.
