I think people from Xamar love soccer more than any other region in Somalia except maybe those from Kismaayo.It is same here in where I live to be honest. Even the old reer xamar man behave like kids and play soccer all the time. I think soccer is biggest in Somalia in coastal areas and Xamar being the biggest city would probably have the biggest soccer fanatics.

Exactly why I made this post. When I see them (them being 50 year old niggas) I feel embarased for them. Coming playing their hearts out fist fighting about goals cursing all the time walahi this one guy i beileve he was 40 something fought this 15 year old kid on his team once. Wallahi I know what you mean. I used play on this pitch every week and an older Somali crowd used to play in the one next to us and although we would have our share of fights...straight up the duqooshin used to put us to shame with the profanities and insults when a goal is allowed/disallowed or a penalty is given. You had regular wadaads getting pulled off other guys
