I think the amisom thing might've of been a scare tactic of farole.

Gen ilkajir said this to reer bari folks
Boosaaso:-Wasiirka Arimaha Gudaha Puntland Cabdillaahi Jaamac Ilkajiir oo ka jawaabayay Codsi uu Ugaas Xassan Ugaas Yaasiin maamulka Puntland kaga codsaday in ay sameeyaan hub ka dhigis ayaa waxa uu yiri ”waxaad iska qaban wayseen 10 wiil oo laaya Wasiirada, Xildhibaanada, Aqoonyahanka idinkuna (qabiilada) waxaad isku gurataan hubka oo si cadawtinimo ah baad u dagaalantaan anagu haddii hubka naloo dhiibo waa qabanaynaa haddii kale waxaa imaanaya kuwo hubka qaada oo waliba birayn ku dara ayuu yiri”.
So to be quite honest I think it was tactic to pacify things use the amisom boogie man tactic to restore order

Tribes should deff hand over their arms, but how is it gonna be done? asking a Somali to give up his arms is like asking them to cut of their balls and hand it over. I think the tribes in Mudug should be allowed to keep their arms, they live in a buffer zone, they need to be able to defend themselves at any given time.

I am going to ask my qaraan money back. :? since AMISOM's deployment in Puntland is no longer happening (was it ever, since the whole thing was denied by Puntland authorities?).
