The only thing I would agree with is having all the international donations given to PL so we could distribute it fairly

You guys think that the current TFG parlaiment with 550 mooryaan MP will be relocated to Garowe. Do you really think that the likes of Muuse Suudi Yalaxow or Osman Caato or any other mooryaan who became an 'MP' are willing to set a foot in Puntland or that they will be welcomed by us lol? If Garowe becomes the seat of government it will be mooryaan free. The amount of money that's poured into Xamar is ridiculous. If it was managed well, like Puntland manages her budget, it could be turn into the pearl of East Africa.

The IC always wanted to replace Xamar with Baidoa. It became a temporary seat of the TFG parliament headed by AY. Eventhough it was for a brief period, the city experienced huge economic boost.

I voted yes. Imagine the money that will bring it to Garowe and the rest of the PL regions. That would mean a full seaport in Garacad, a new port for Eyl, an expansion of the Bosaso where it could rival the DJibouti port, new raods in all of PL and the rest of Somalia, major international airports in Gallkacayo, Garoowe, Badhan, Qardho, Caabudwaaq, Dhuusamareb, Beledweyne, and Laascaanood. It would also mean many Somali civilians who has fled the instability from the South will find much more the support they need in PL than the IDP camps in the South.

noooo way, Garowe is the regional capital of our people, we don't need the help of the central government to launch Garowe on the world stage. Too much negative bollocks..

we dictate things from Garowe without all the yalaxows setting a foot on our soil. we don't need there money our oil will come plus we going offshore and bosaso will always catch and surpass Djibouti.. If it wasn't farooles lack of interest in internal affairs we could have been already the number one port in the horn months ago..

we need to have influence in the south therefor having Xamar as the capital is in our interest, we can interfere with them and they can't say shizzle...
