Who is laangaab ? what is the purpose of your question? You know all of somalia is qashin in terms of development, infrastructure and paved roads.

reer sool are laangaab compared to their neighbours, plus you've had a history of failed efforts to create a state of your own. yes all of somalia is qashin, however, based on their limited capacities, which admin has done more for sool? Both have been in charge of LA at one point.

Before Somaliland took over Laascaanood in 2007, tribal killing and aano qabiil was a big problem actually aanoqabill killing used to happen in a dailly basis in that city, Somaliland eradicated it. More wells have been dug in the region during Somaliland control, even more than what somali governments have done before 1991. As i write there is a university building project in laascaanood costing one million US dollar funded by Somaliland government . ofcourse there are short coming and Somaliland could have done more but it is just silly to compare what Somaliland have done for the region to puntland's which is NONE.
