TFG new trainee soldiers: Mooryaan (thugs) in training?

We all know that these new TFG trainee soldiers are no different then previous trainees known to have fallen under the command of former warlords who they are united by actual or perceived kinship. Though I'm not betting on it, hopefully the powers that be funding this whole fiasco are taking the extra precaution when they do give guns, uniforms, rudimentary training to any ethnic Somalis in the capital, those crossing the border, etc. to fight al-Shabaab; specially now that they are meant to fill the gap once the al-Shabaab threat is eliminated. If not, the result as experience in Somalia's brutal history will be one more frightening to ordinary Somalis then is al-Shabaab.
