TFG will not manage it, it will cease to exist in August but its successor will.
Its not about manage or let them to manage, its more like a tax thing, and it will be applied to all federal states and resources.
that only happen when there is real government that been elected by somali citizens

Not really. A functional Somali gov would do. This is why many people raised concern even before the explorations begun but Puntland decided to move on with it. There is a real goverment in Xamar today.

im just repeating what PL government said regarding the oil , "unless somalia has elected national government and all other states became function , PL will not start to share oil with xamar"

ask any puntlander he would say the same thing markaas xamar cant dream for the oil before free the country from alshabab and establish function federal states within somalia that works .

Yes and well its not gonna take a genius to understand where the future problems will lie then.
I blame them idiots who granted Puntland permission in the first place, now every tuulo will claim "unaka leh", and hold resources hostage or demand something in exchange. It would be ridiculous and dangerous path. Hopefully PL will understand this.

do you know how many money that been looting in xamar for the past 3 ama 4 years , you will shock by the numbers .

Plus why PL should give half its oil revenue to xamar when there is no national government in xamar iyo function states like PL in somalia :|

Yes, money have been looted in xamar and money will be looted also even if puntlands demands are meet.
What Im mean is that puntland is part of Somalia and not the otherway around, and today PL have these demands and tomorow they can change demands and sing a different tune. Who knows.
The new Somali gov that will be formed must stress this point imo, otherwise different mamools will deal directly with companies and provide no tax money into the state. But I agree that TFG should not get any oil money but the next functional gov must collect taxes from Puntland and have shares of the oil when it comes. IA.

PL is part of federal somalia no one can deny it and for sure if there is national government in xamar Puntland will sent the parentage tax ama revenue to xamar .

PS:PL never Accused by looting by UN ama any agency inside or outside somalia just check the last USA statement in Puntland but for TFG UN write the report about looting and if you want to know more you can find it in the internet .
