I am like you. I can't chew that late, but what helps me is drinking a cup of milk or garoor..yogurt..for suxuur..It helps big time.. :up:

A quarter of a plate is enough for afurta. Don't eat anything untill before fajr, you'll sure will eat.

A good suxur will keep me going till about 2pm without any cravings. The problem is my 12 hour working shift.

A bowl of boiled Barley, or Bulger with greek-yogurt can keep you going for the whole day, thats what i use :stylin:
