Siad Barre was nothing but a crook!!

He is the reason Somalia suffered all that it has. He tried to wipe out the Ishaaq and Hawiye tribes and killed many innocent MJ people by poisoning their wells simply because of Abdullahi Yusuf and his cronies trying a coup.

Siad Barre used only the MOD clans to rule and it is no surprise that it is these people that support him.

This is the man who bought together religious sheikhs told them to renounce what Allah has proclaimed in the Quran and then he had all 13 or 14 executed on the stop, these were not men of war but Islamic scholars who were defending the faith. Even in Western countries they would never make you do this.

To make matters worse this is the man that said I came to Mogadishu when the Italians built only one road and by God I will destroy everything until there is only one road. oes this sound like a good leader who prioritizes his people first.

The man instigated a Daood v Hawiye clash by arming his clan and subclans against the Hawiye in Mogadishu. But perhaps his biggest most notorious crime was the systematic murder and shelling of civillians in Hargeisa which led to the death of over 50,000 innocent people, bombed and buried alive in their homes. Did he ever consider that these are his citizens, no he saw them as cockroaches that have to be exterminated.

What a hater, half of these things are tales I have family members that were alive at the time of MSB AUN and he was a good leader although he wasn't so good on the deen side, he never did such things against sheikhs its all lies and propaganda just like lies and propaganda is created against every great leader for example Mammar Gaddafi. Look how poor African countries are coming to our country and helping us coz we are too stupid and qabliste to do things ourself as a nation.
