I thought were done with this Islamist nonesense. You would think after Al-Itixaad, ICU, Xisbul Islam, Alshabaab, ASWJ fiacos we Somalis would wise up and turn our backs on these religious pretenders. Have I overestimated Somalis?

Yes you have "overestimated" Somalis. You already have a semi-islamist govt with Ala Sheikh monoply on Villa Somalia. And have you forgot that Sheikh Sharif former ICU leader is the president.
ASWJ = Key stakeholder and signatory of the road map. Somalis are waking up and challanging Al-Shabab, thats why these groups are emerging in the political arena. It makes sense as well considering that they form a great part of the business community and educational establishments inside the country and have been an active in reconciliation efforts.
