Seems like that website got its article from Garowe Online. I would take anything from that website with a grain of salt. Its owned by one of Faroole's sons.

Lawlessness is every where. The TFG doesn't keep good records on its enlistment and doesn't pay their soldiers regularly forcing them to live off the land.
