That is not fat. But if you want to remain your size go for walk in the evening. walk about 30 minutes fast.

I am currently 181 pounds down from 190 pounds.Being trying to shed alot of pounds I do jogging close to every day and also engage in swimming. I want my weight to drop to 172 Kg but it is a challenge.
I guess BMI is bolox. Cos how would they know whether you gained more muscle or fat incase your weight increased?
