cunaaye, there is different between halal , legal and is a right!!

if the woman is legal age to marry and consent agreement, but using the extreme poverty to take advantage of them. that is halal but doesnt make it right to do so. like our maid; it's perfectly legal, to pay her $40 to work 7 days a week 24 hours. is that makes it right cause she agreed cause she wasnt even close to that if she worked same hours her back home? there is something you just know isnt right.

If she refuses with no good reason the you can deduct from her salary or fire her............but if she has a good reason to refuse to work like, she needs break ,and sleep that’s her right, you can’t violate her right, majority of the fuqaha’ have explained the ruling on private workers very clearly.........

you missed the point. people wouldnt even hire her. cause you cannot hire some one with out both side agreement. i cannot detect her salary. i even have to direct deposit to her account to protect myself or i would pay fine, if she claim i havent gave her her salary. that's beside point. was just example to make you understand the situation and make it easy for you

If a woman passes the age of 17/18, then I honestly don't care who she marries. But I if the family is pressuring the girl to marry a well to do guy, then that is a waiting nightmare for the young girl.

My uncle's wife is older than him 3 years (he is 30), and my grandmother never misses a chance to remind my aunt-in-law that she is older than my uncle. To be honest my aunt in law looks like she is in her early 20s, she looks young for her age masha'allah. But mostly the old women in my family make it seem like a big deal.

3 years is nothing. Some middle aged xalimos are going back home and maryring 25 year old brothers. I guess passport is powerful.
