^ Raggas waxaa logo bahanyahay iin loo diro Lasanod. All these "Pirate Task Force" and "Ciidamadda Bada" is a diversion, purposely created by Faroole iyo wixi lamid ah, to distract reer Puntland from their priorities such as, Gobolada Sool iyo Sanaag (Cerigabo).

Coldoon, SSC is in the hands of its rightful owners. Where faroole erred is not supporting the new reality on the ground, Khaatumo. By recognizing these nascent 'maamul' he could have supported them with weapons, logistics, bases, and other military strategies that would have enabled said community in passionately capturing their territories.

There are a lot of Dhullos that support Puntland. Don't be fooled by the few Khaatumo supporters because of family ties to one of the G-15 and so forth. Majority of Bahrarsame are obviously Anti-Puntland due to the skirmishes they had with Cumar Maxamuud and due to Xabsade's demotion.

coldoon the Khaatumo grievance, and reasons for being independent, is based on fundamental facts on the ground. After loosing Laascaanood, Puntland has never tried, or honestly will ever do, to recapture the fallen city militarily or politically. Forming a 'maamul' that strives to regain its position in Somalia and win their territories is admirable and should be applauded. for whatever reason, faroole has pursued a different course. He is neither getting the land back for them through Puntland nor assisting them get it on their own through Khaatumo :mindblown:

Separate Faroole iyo Puntland. Faroole, is an individual. He came and he shall go, but Puntland will forever be there and the 1998 Puntland Accords, are still active and standing. Beelaha Hartiyeed, Yusuf iyo Tanade have all signed agreements of forming a State together. Blood is thicker than Politics.

sxb its a voluntary contract you can void it as fast as you signed it. its also based on mutual interest if that interest is not met you go your separate ways. Im sure one of the tenants of such a signed charter is the safeguarding and taking action against any person, state, or entity that transgress the boundaries of the state. What actions did the state took after Laascaanood was captured. you can't come here with old cliches of blood thicker blah blah when Puntland as failed in your part of the country miserly, not only military and politically but also economically (any schools, buildings, businesses, ngos, etc).

Saagaashan, I doubt your Daarodnimo.

Dhulbahante failed themselves. They failed their own city Lasanod. Over 3000 Dhulbahane militia, mainly reer Sool are accompanying the Somaliland militia. They are the one responsible for welcoming the Eydoor in their city. The Dhulbahante Puntlanders are smart. Why should Lasanod be freed, when it's already freed, thus the inhabitants of that city along with their boys are mainly supporting Somaliland. In 2007, after Somaliland was welcomed into Lasanod, over 30,000 civilians of Lasanod left the city, they were the most staunch supporters of Puntland, but the majority were supporting their boys that were with Somaliland.

You're trying way too hard to disunite Reer Puntland, to make Dhullos abandon Puntland, because the more disunited reer Puntland become, the weaker they are.

If I was a sheegato, I would've wrote what you wrote and perhaps even far worse. I would've spit on anything Daarod, let alone Puntland. Hadalkadda waxaan ka dareemay shiisheeyenimo.

sxb i am legit, but you are immune to the reality. the whole purpose of Khaatumo is not to break up whatever was left of 'hartism' but genuine grievance with the policies of the state. Khaatumo would have been a great Puntland ally that controls its border and have their own administration. It would add to the darood 'maamul goboleed' and would not be hindrance just as Jubbaland isnt. In the federal scheme of things, its actually better to have Khaatumo as a separate entity altogether for political reasons.

Khaatumo to me solved a problem. Since the populace was so divided between the two entities, it formed an independent state that both groups could relate to. Puntland should have been the first to jump the ship and join the movement.

ps i have to admit my only worry with Khaatumo is if these 'elites' and political wizards use it for short term political purposes and disappeared after the fact
