Abuukar, why do u continue to post the most controversial questions that divide people more knowledgeable than any of us here? Islam is not like arguing about your favourite soccer team...the things u say can and will be used against u on Yowmul Qiyaama, especially the things u say without knowledge cuz we're not supposed to speak without knowledge. Have you memorized the entire Quran? Are u a Muhadith? Have you completed studies at any Islamic university or even learned Islamic Fiqh under a scholar? If you haven't done any of the above, you're not qualified to discuss major issues...it's like a high school graduate sitting down to write a thesis for a PhD. You're young and have a lot of zeal, but you're misdirecting it...first master the basics and solidify your own Islam, then worry about everyone else's and what's wrong with their Aqeedah.

Dangerous topic, i'd rather not comment on the fate of others when i'm in trouble myself.
Surely there are teachings left behind after each prophet's passage? Otherwise this argument could be used by me and you, we could just say "the last prophet was sent 1400 years ago therefore we are blameless".Perfect_Order wrote: The last prophet sent to the arabs was Ismail (as), and from Ismail to nabi muhammad scw, that is over 2-3 thousand years. The next closest prophet to nabi Muhamad scw was nabi issa (as) which is over 600 years.

We surely can't, since the deen has been preserved. As for the arabs, you can tell that the deen of ismail and ibrahim as was not preserved in the same fashion, because of the widespread polytheisim. Scripture was not preserved, and as for the practices God knows what was saved, but from what we can tell, there wasn't any kind of prosetlyzation of the hanifs. They seemed to be conscious objectors of idol worshipped and held to the idea of the one God of Abraham.Colonel wrote:Dangerous topic, i'd rather not comment on the fate of others when i'm in trouble myself.Surely there are teachings left behind after each prophet's passage? My point is that there was no scriptures left behind, and the practices are impossible to know what was preserved of the original religion of Abraham.
So we can not say we are in the same situation.

Fair enough, although the Arabs were aware of the falseness of idols however kept worshiping them in order to not shame the ways of their forefathers and keep the constant flow of money in Mecca (via way of pilgrims). Who's to say some Arabs didn't reject idolatry?Perfect_Order wrote:We surely can't, since the deen has been preserved. This kid needs to get off the crack-pipe he's smoking and focus on his A-levels. We don't need break-dancing dervishes back home, what we need are Doctors and Engineers.

Waxaa mahad leh ilaahii noo doortey inaan Islaamka qaadano, waxaana waajib inagu ah inaan raacno Nabi Muxammad iyo risaalada uu la yimid.
Ilaahey ayeey u taalaa umadihii hore siduu ka yeelo ee aan ku dadaalno sidaan nicmada ilaahey ina siiyey aan ku xifdin laheyn oo aanan fursad u siinin qofwaliba siduu rabo inuu u fasirto quraanka iyo Sunnada nabiga.
