Marka lacagta ciidamada aan la siineeyn Boosaaso iyo Puntland kaliya kuma eeke wadanka dhan bey ka jirtaa. Marka maamul isku sheegani, how do they expect a poor young man with half a dozen children and a wife to feed to put his life on the line and serve his military duties without getting paid a dime months on end? It does not make freaking sense.
