I was busy yesterday and couldn't make my thread so this news dates back two days ago.

The somali parliament has approved a new legislations that was introduced by the national security and interior minister... The cabinet has already approved...

Its now an act since it was passed by the parliament wich is responsible for approving new laws.

The creation of regional administrations and districts have to be according with this act, it says it will take three months to make interim regional administrations but some mps have suggested the term of creation to be 6 months.

Over 137 mps have voted yes, 20 againist it, 3 silent.

Other news

Govt administration in hiiraan have launched a security operation in the district of matabaan to disarm the ordinary citizens and residents. They have collected so far an illegal 40 Ak-47.
The move is disigned for to bring back the order and stop the clashes in the neighbouring miyyi pastures and surroundings.

Caburiye

It will apply to all south, no federalism is underway in the south.

Two days old news

Former xamar failed politicians have been gathering in kampla with other failed somali politicians partaking in it on the phone in order to replace hassan sheekh.

Sources are saying kenya after failing to influence the somali policy makers by gathering some group in its capital who got received in the kenyan palace wich was far from the diplomatic rules is now trying to infiltrate in the presidents subclan and create a pro-kenyan/IGAD xamar lobby.

The sources are saying the ex corrupt pm mohamed geedi is the link between this group and kenya and that he is trying to meet uhuru with some former failed politicians.

The govt has accused this new group of partaking in a foreing dirty efforts in order to put pressure on the govt.

Kenya is even making contacts with all ala shaykh, al ictisaam, al islax and politicians like nuurcade to use them againist the dam jadeed govt or to replace it as they are less nationalist and are ok with IGAD policies.

I can understand people like yusuf garaad who are againist the govts hard-line policies without conspiring againist it but for dr badiyoow to involve in a foreing dirty efforts and then is telling us its inaccurate and misleading besides his apologetic words aganist the govt shows how these islax have no true islamic values.

I have a question for you sahal based on the decisions taken by the parliament that, south will have no Federal states.

Q; is the south never going to have a federal states or is it only a temporary interim administration which then they will have federal states.

Q; and is galmudug included or will they have a federal state!

Thank you brother sahal for your patience in answering this! :som:

Bro

Some parts of the south don't even have peace how can a stright federalism works for them before reconciliation? I was reading today some foreing links says the situation in kismayo is the worest in all somalia and that people need an international aid help in this ramadan. 300 wounded people...

Central somalis need first to fix their problems before forming a federal state. You have galmudug, ximan iyo xeeb and ahlussuunna differents maamuls they too need reconciliation and them and hiiraan had lately a conference in banaadir about their future. hiiraan may join middle shabeele but some are adding lower shabeele to this yet its unknown wich side hiiraan will join.

For these reasons, there is no federalism in the southren part of the country before sorting out these basic problems and that why the importance of the interim administrations until the first half of next year.
