The South should really just focus on the South for now. Why negotiate from a weak position When Your Gov is weak and You do not control the 10 regions of the South? Secure from Gaalkacyo to Raskambooi, then go from there. For now Just ignore and leave Somaliland/Puntland alone. Negotiations 101=Negotiate from optimal bargaining position.

I forget to see how ending the talks will benefit maamulka HBB.
However its logical that we the south dont need such talks. We have a lot of problems such as making the clans of south become brothers and sisters in religion.
