Former Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning was sentenced by a military judge to 35 years in prison in Fort Meade, Maryland. Manning is responsible for the largest leak of classified information in U.S. history. In 2010 he gave WikiLeaks more than 700,000 documents.

Obama's Nobel Peace Prize needs to be taken away - when has he done anything remotely exceptional when it comes to peace or justice? - and give it to Bradley Manning. I feel sorry for that man, he wants to be close with his family and go to university yet he will never have that chance because the government is outraged that the senseless, random, and sinister nature of their war has been revealed. But that's not Manning's issue, the burden of blame falls on the shoulders of the government, the soldiers shown killing for fun, and everyone else involved who is guilty.
