Even,

I have trouble with the way you define the three choices.

I feel the US system of states and fed works well. The states handle local affairs and the feds handle things at the national level. In practical terms, this means Faroole can't have his oil and Somaliland has to give up the port. The passport has to come from Mog, and they will also have to have control over international flights.

Is there a choice there that allows for this?

Great choice of word's, I believe the USA's type of federalism is where Somalia is heading to!

Now second and last question I want to ask since you've been in Somalia affair longer than my age;

Do you think we Somalis will ever see our lands (Somali region in Ethiopia ) free and independent from Ethiopia occupation, if yes when would you realistically expect this to be achieved!

At some point the world has got to realize that the camel lands are Somali and that keeping them separated under adverse administrations can only lead to more instability. When will Somaliweyn arrive? That requires the world to become more rational than it is, and I am not prepared to hazard a guess.

Even123 wrote:So brother Sahal based what your saying is that once the president Hassan has reached its goal in securing it's economic interest he will eventually recognise Khatumo state?
Khatumo and somaliland are two different issues, I said khatumo is a political issue and you can't blame this govt it goes back to the tfg and the mahigas road mp when the ex pm abdi wali rejected the existence of khatum telling the UN envoy of being a contested region

In other words the world recognises only somaliland and puntland as northern regional administration

Now this govt plays "the good policy" card towards somaliland like the talks...this supports the regimes vision politically and economically.

This doesnt mean that the somali govt and the world support the somalilands local policies, the world will fund only the somalilands development and humanitarian projects not their security and state policies

The somali govt and somaliland are not allies or friends...I had an info says that when ever the somali govt officials met with the westren officials they spread lies about somaliland that it had changed its mind and that a lot has been achieved so far! Then when the westren officials met the somaliland officials they express their support of this! but somalilanders are a kinda of :wtf: Who said this?!

Yacni just interests and masaalix not a friendship at all!

Wassalam, no more pls my mate see in other topics! I'm out!
