dam jadids U-turn policy, analysis on the new pm(article)

Post by sahal80 »

It was seen the new somali pm mohamed gacal nuur arriving mogadishu with the deputy FM one of the dam jadid ministers who specialized on the arab world file/gulf states

Galcal has lately revealed of an arab financial conference on somalia.

This analysis says the new pms appointment is a change of direction to attract the arab world as he worked in there.

According to the news that is going, xalane will be given in the new cabinet to a post that is related to donor funds so I expect him to concentrate on the EU and the west in general.

I like this, we need to move away from our meddling neighbours. More ties to the Arab world and the rest of the international community. less dependence on neighbours.

Xalane was head of Save the Children Africa, he can be effective in that role if that's his new cabinet position.

Nothing new here, ever since Culusow admin was proven to be utterly corrupt in the eyes of western financial backers thanks partly to miss Abraar's exposure, the inept pseudo religious group that calls itself Damjadiid was looking for alternatives for financial support. selecting of a prime minster who is perceived to be better positioned in milking rich Arabs was the expected knee jerk policy reaction by the inept group after the humiliating failure in the western front. I predict that this new move will turn out to be what somali people call Kud ka guur oo qanjo u guur.

The number one priority from day one has been to solicit for donor funds.
These people are not interested in improving the capacity of the govt to govern, or build any viable institutions.
It's been a case of..."How can we get our hands on cold hard cash...what do we have to do to get it?"

Luckily for Somalia the EU have told this bunch of crooks to do one.
