Kulmiye is corruption, the HJ members on this thread are blind they are supporting kulmiye because Silaanyo is HJ, smh look beyond the tribe it's wrong to neglect the shacab of somaliland.

Horta as we all know, some people will hate the Kulmiye admin for no other reason than tribal reason. A good example being Ashawaqooyi who in my opinion hates Kulmiye as short hand for HJ as far as she is concerned. The same applies to the Zubrawl or whateve. Others might accuse me and other Habar Jeclo of defending the admin for tribal reason. Now this could be true.

I dont disagree that some sort of corruption exists, this is africa after all. However, the level of corruption in this kUlmiye government and the volume of your accusations are neither fair nor balanced.

Kulmiyes government even with its corruption has done more good for Somaliland in alot of different fields be it building roads to connect different parts of Somaliland to providing free education to the majority of youths in Somaliland, or bringing back the parts of Somaliland that Somaliland had no control over, without firing a shot. These tribes are not joining something thats failing they see the direction Somaliland is going and they want to be part of it. The only problem we have are people who cant look pass their tribal lenses and see the bigger picture. Who spend day and night passing lies as facts and playing to peoples lowest common denominator;tribalism.

Kulmiyes admin while trying to move the country forward has been trying to navigate through these tribal waters and in the process a certain tribe will want individual A becuase he is corrupt. In cases like these the government will assess the situation and in some cases its better to keep this corrupt individual rather than risk him instagating trouble through his supporters. In my opinion the blame in this type of situation lies squarely with his tribe who if they thought about the country would request Silanyo remove this individual and if Silanyo did not grant their wishes, his to blame.

This is me taking of my blinkers and setting all jokes aside corruption exists in every country and its a problem nobody has mastered a way of dealing with it.

There is corruption anywhr in africa its part of daily life but for kulmiye to bring back xamarji thats just appluding corruption. How is anyons suppose to take you seriously.
Kulmiye's govt may have made some changss but as a whole its been ineffective. It takes one step forward and three steps back. How can hargeisa have no lights its the capital city. This govt should be striving to get the lights on 24hrs without interruption not xaafaads bila light.
This govt has closed hrg airport from 2010 to 2013. 3 years without an airport ppl making the journey from berbera just to hrg when it already has an airport. Had $10 million for renovation spent about $2 million on the construction

Dont even get me started on the elections where was the voting cards that kulmiye was forcing down ppls throats during riyalle reign.
